All honorees will be grouped and seated together based on their age groups, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Additionally, adults will have designated seating areas. Our dedicated volunteers will be available throughout the event to assist honorees and attendees with any needs or questions they may have. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities!

The ceremony venue is located directly across the street from the Newark Prudential Center downtown. Loft Life provides no private parking lot. However, there are many surrounding small and large hourly and all day Parking Lots in immediate walking distance. Attendees are encouraged to google “best parking near Newark Prudential Center” for information, addresses, and telephone numbers.

In your email, kindly provide a brief explanation of your financial need. This helps us ensure that the funds are allocated to families truly in need. We will use the email address entered at the time of ticket purchase to send the parent/guardian an Honoree Questionnaire. This questionnaire will allow you to select the category you would like for your honoree’s certificate to be inscribed with and awarded.
